I saved a client $60,000 by counselling against investing in a hospitality business which looked OK superficially. But the accounting numbers were false and the corporate structure incorrect and therefore worthless. They would have lost almost all of it.

Another client saved close to $100,000 by taking my advice against working with a certain “developer”. When that developer unfortunately ran off with other peoples money, at least my client wasn’t among them.

We restructured a commercial investment including a real estate purchase to include the use of a corporation from the date of closing. The clients avoided close to $10,000 in double taxation and expenses that would have been unnecessarily incurred in their original plan. Thanks to a $120 investment and an hour of their time. That is an 111x rate of return.
